Placing your SSAFA order

Log into the store or create an account if you are a new user.



If you need to create a new account, fill out all the details on the Create Account page and click 'Continue'.



Add the items you want to order to your trolley.



When you have all the items you want to buy, on the Shopping trolley page click the 'Checkout' button



You will now be shown the Shipping Method page which details the cost of shipping and allows you to change the address if required. Please ensure there is a valid address in this section and click the 'Continue' button.



You will now be shown the Payment Method screen where you can change your billing address and payment method. Ensure there is a valid address on this page, and click 'Continue'.



You will now be shown the Confirmation page. This page is an over view of the order you are about to place. Seeing this screen DOES NOT mean you have placed your order yet. Click on the 'Confirm Order' button.



You will now be forwarded to the shown the Royal Bank of Scotlands Worldpay system to process your payment. Fill in your credit card details and if payment is successful you will return to the stores Success page. This page lists all the items that you have purchased. A Confirmation of your order will also be emailed to you.

At this point we have received your order and will normally dispatch it within 2 working days. If there are any problems with the order you have placed we will contact you.
