All orders for items that are held in stock are dispatched within 2 working days. All SSAFA special order items are dispatched within a minimum of 10 working days. All deliveries are made from the United Kingdom. We deliver goods worldwide. Shipment to all European countries is within a minimum of 3 working days. Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If not, please return items within 10 working days.
It is important to note that the goods must be complete, undamaged and unsoiled and, if possible, with the original packaging and labels intact. The original invoice must be returned with the goods. We recommend that you keep a copy of all invoices for your own records. We will credit your account, or exchange the item for another selection.
